Our award-winning young chef (Asia silver medalist 2018) prepares a fine–dining experience served over five courses of celebratory Khmer cuisine at 130 USD + VAT per person* Food preparation is exemplary with the keenest attention to hygiene, and no MSG added.
Dinner is served beneath the stars and limited typically to around eight private tables. House drinks are free-flow at Chandara. The fizz upon arrival, sunset cocktails, red and white wine, beer and soft drinks all throughout the evening.
